He will not appear on TV co-star Ant McPartlin for Saturday Night Takeaway this weekend, after the live show was scrapped in the middle of coronavirus crisis.

And instead of preparing for the show, which will air like a pre-recorded episode, Declan Donnelly made the most of some family time on Wednesday.

Saturday Night Takeaways & # 39; Ant and Dec, who are currently in quarantine, said in a video message from their separate house: & # 39; ALL STAY AT HOME! There I hope to help Mila. & # 39;

The couple's plea came after the cancer-threatening Mila asked the speakers to speak in support of the fight against COVID-19, which has claimed 465 lives in the UK.

Ant turned to the nation and said, & # 39; Hello everyone, and not here, not together because we are home as everyone should be. & # 39;

"Absolutely, and as we heard, Mila wants us to tell everyone to stay home so we can protect her and thousands and thousands of people like her," Dec added.

Mila's parents Lynda Sneddon, 36, and Scott Sneddon, 50, decided that the best way to keep their little girl safe was by taking no risks and self-insulating in different houses.

The two-mother, who has been staying with the little girl while Scott lives alone, shared a heartbreaking photo of Mila kissing her father through the window earlier this month.

The photo was taken on March 20 and has been liked by over 44,000 people and shared 37k times.

Coronavirus was classified as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) earlier this month, and leading countries such as Italy, Spain and the UK implemented nationwide lockdowns.
